Deine Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Messprogrammen für ein 2D-Koordinatenmessgerät
  • Bearbeitung von Erstmusterprüfberichten nach VDA Band 2 und AIAG PPAP
  • Bearbeitung von Requalifikationen
  • Teilnahme an Projektgesprächen sowie Qualitätsvorausplanungstätigkeiten im Rahmen des Erstdurchlaufs neuer Artikel
  • Beschaffung, Erstellung und Überwachung neuer Prüfmittel im Rahmen des Prüfmittelmanagements
  • Durchführung von Produktaudits
  • Bearbeitung interner und externer Reklamationen
  • Betrachtung des Produktionsausschusses sowie Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Wie dein Tag ablaufen könnte

Der Arbeitstag beginnt zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr. Zu Beginn schaust du dir an, welche Erstmusterprüfberichte als Nächstes an den Kunden erstellt werden müssen, und beginnst damit, die Musterteile zu prüfen sowie die Dokumente zu erstellen, die im Bemusterungsabstimmungsgespräch mit dem Kunden festgelegt wurden.

Da es neue Erstaufträge gibt, für die Messprogramme erstellt werden müssen, erstellst du anschließend ein neues Programm für unser 2D-Koordinatenmesssystem Werth FlatScope und testest dieses.

Als Nächstes sammelst du die zur Kalibrierung fälligen Prüfmittel ein und versendest sie an einen externen Dienstleister zur Kalibrierung.

Bei der täglichen Betrachtung des Produktionsausschusses ist ein Artikel auffällig geworden. Gemeinsam mit der Produktion und der Prozessentwicklung betrachtet ihr die letzte Fertigung und legt Maßnahmen für zukünftige Fertigungen fest, um diesen Artikel zu verbessern.

Zwischen 15 und 16 Uhr geht es dann in den Feierabend – freitags übrigens schon früher.

Dein Team
Mit dir zusammen besteht die Qualitätsabteilung aus vier Personen, die sich in ihren Tätigkeiten gegenseitig vertreten und dabei jeweils ihre Stärken einbringen können.

Du arbeitest in erster Linie sehr eng mit der Produktion zusammen. Weitere wichtige Schnittstellen bestehen zum Vertrieb, zur Prozessentwicklung, zum Einkauf sowie zu unserem Managementbeauftragten.
Was du fachlich mitbringst
  • technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie
  • Kenntnisse der ISO 9001, IATF 16949, sowie der gängigsten VDA Bände
  • Kenntnisse der Automotive Core Tools
  • sehr gutes Verständnis im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen, Maßtolerierungen, Form- und Lagetoleranzen etc.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 
Wünschenswert
  • Weiterbildung in der Fertigungsmesstechnik (z.B. AUKOM)
  • Kenntnisse einer CAQ-Software

Your tasks
  • Creation of measurement programmes for a 2D coordinate measuring machine
  • Processing of initial sample inspection reports in accordance with VDA Volume 2 and AIAG PPAP
  • Processing of requalifications
  • Participation in project meetings and advance quality planning activities as part of the initial run of new items
  • Procurement, creation and monitoring of new test equipment as part of test equipment management
  • Conducting product audits
  • Processing internal and external complaints
  • Reviewing production rejects and collaborating on continuous improvement
What might your day look like?
The working day begins between 7 and 8 a.m. First, you check which initial sample inspection reports need to be created for the customer next and start checking the sample parts and creating the documents that were agreed upon in the sampling coordination meeting with the customer.

As there are new initial orders for which measurement programmes need to be created, you then create a new programme for our Werth FlatScope 2D coordinate measuring system and test it.

Next, you collect the test equipment that is due for calibration and send it to an external service provider for calibration.

During the daily review of production rejects, one item stands out. Together with production and process development, you review the last production run and define measures for future production runs to improve this item.

Between 3 and 4 p.m., it's time to call it a day – earlier on Fridays, by the way.

Your Team
Together with you, the quality department consists of four people who cover for each other in their work and can each contribute their strengths.

You work very closely with production first and foremost. Other important interfaces exist with sales, process development, purchasing and our management representative.
Your profile
  • Technical or commercial training in a manufacturing company
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and the most common VDA volumes
  • Knowledge of automotive core tools
  • Very good understanding of reading technical drawings, dimensional tolerances, form and position tolerances, etc.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
 
Desirable
  • Further training in production measurement technology (e.g. AUKOM).
  • Knowledge of CAQ software.
