Process Development Associate (open to all genders)

•    Optimization and further development of processes in the stamping department and in material preparation 
•    Supporting the stamping department with technical inquiries and problem-solving 
•    Creating 2D drawings using AutoCAD 
•    Developing and maintaining production documentation 
•    Calculating and evaluating new orders 
•    Obtaining quotes for tools and selecting suitable suppliers

•    Completed technical training, ideally with further training as a technician or a comparable qualification 
•    Strong technical understanding 
•    Practical experience in the field of stamping 
•    Ability to apply existing knowledge to different processes 
•    Structured and clear documentation of work and process procedures 
•    Ideally, experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
•    Desirable: Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
•    Very good written and spoken German
